Living in south Florida, it’s impossible not to notice all of the beautiful and tropical landscapes in our area. Some can be expensive but, you don’t necessarily need to spend a fortune to have an expensive tropical look. We can take a digital picture of your house and redesign your landscape, print it and show you how it will look before we touch your yard with a shovel. This gives you the ability to change things you don’t like before it’s too late.


What to expect:

• We visit the site, discuss your thoughts and ideas of how you would like your yard to look.
• After your design is complete, we will return to show you the design and make any changes that need to be done.
• We will complete a detailed estimate of cost and submit it to you.
• Upon agreement of the design and cost, a deposit of 35% will be collected.
• We will call and have all utilities marked off in the area to be updated.
• After utilities have been marked we will remove all existing landscaping that will not remain.
• All large landscape material will be installed and watered in.
• All borders, mulch/rock and small plants will be installed and watered in.
• New sod will be installed watered in.
• Upon completion and final inspection by you the balance will be collected.
